10 Allergy-Friendly Products that will Spice Up Your Diet!

1. Silver Hills Sprouted Power Bread

If you enjoy healthy eating and a good ol' piece of toast in the morning, this bread absolutely rocks. For those of us with peanut and tree nut allergies, bread can often be a grey area. This bread is made in a certified peanut and tree nut facility! This bread is packed with whole grains, and the process of sprouting the grains increases vitamin content making it a healthy alternative to white bread.

Here's my favorite way to eat it: pop it in the toaster, spread some SunButter on top, add Superseedz nut-free pumpkin seeds, and drizzle some honey to top it off! This is my favorite combo in the world, you won't regret it if you try it.

2. Jennies Organic Coconut Bites

I'm already craving these bad boys before I begin to write about them. This is a clean, yet decadent treat. These are certified gluten-free and made in a peanut free facility. They are made with raw coconut, cacao nibs, and are totally organic! Thats a win in my book.
